Hey, beautiful souls, welcome. Welcome back to the sweet spot where science meets soul. I'm Dr Derek Sweet, your board certified sports and performance psychiatrist. So when I'm not working with elite athletes or high performers, I'm always looking for fresh ways to spark that championship mindset. How can we continue to be winners?
