SPEAKER_00:

Happy Sunday! Happy Sunday to you, beautiful souls. This is the sweet spot. And you're in slow down Sunday today. We don't just call Sunday Happy Sunday here, we call it Happy Sunday, Happy Slowdown Sunday. Listen, you deserve to slow down. It's been a long week, you've done quite a bit, you've come through quite a bit, and this is your time. I'm Dr. Derek Sweet, psychiatrist, yes, but more importantly, your fellow traveler through this mystery that we call life. We've been in a seven-day alignment series. The seven alignments designed to help us live the life we love. We've aligned with truth, we've aligned with energy. This week we aligned with purpose, we aligned with becoming, we aligned with discipline, and we aligned with restoration. I just gave you the alignments. Now we're going to close with the final alignment that ties everything together. Perspective. Align with your perspective, lift your life to a higher orbit. Oh yes. The view from above, the clarity that arrives when you lift your life to a much higher orbit. And on a day like today, one that feels like a natural moment of reflection, perspective becomes a gift. And you know, on Sundays we go a little astrophysical, if there's such a term. We dabble in the astrophysics, not because we're astrophysicists, but because we are fascinated by the universe that God has made. And we feel that it can give us lessons that will help us as we think through the seven releases and the seven alignments and the seven breakthroughs that we've been through these past three weeks. Look up at the night sky, my friend, and look at the stars. Look at the stars, how they form through a sort of a dance of collapsing into stillness. Look at how the galaxies merge to become something new. The earth itself is not straight, it's tilted. And that tilt is what creates the seasons. Light, the light we see tonight as we look at the stars. That's left by stars from thousands of years ago. The cosmos is nothing to play with. The cosmos is the ultimate sermon on alignment. When you think about how this earth operates and all the various alignments, it's spellbinding. From the ground, a star can look so lonely. From above, it's part of a vast interconnected structure. It's all about the perspective. You see, the perspective changes isolation into connection. It can change disruption into transformation. It can change waiting into a kind of timing. And most importantly, it reminds you that your life has a larger pattern, even if you can't see it yet. That's why perspective matters. It expands our understanding. And when you have perspective, false fears can shrink, it can lift you above noise and distraction. You see, author Jim Murphy of the book Inner Excellence, a book you should pick up, says, get out of your head and into your heart and soul. That's perspective, rising above overthinking and going into a deeper wisdom that's embedded in your heart, embedded in your soul. Yeah. And we've been saying all week that author David Hawkins says, letting go lifts you. That releasing things becomes a kind of elevation. You see, it's very important that you look up because your real life is hidden with Christ. That is what Colossians say in the message Bible. Set your affection in the King James, it says, set your affection on things above. Perspective is a spiritual altitude, it's a spiritual connection. When you have connection with the divine, when you have connection with God, when you're flowing with the most high, the most powerful being in the universe, your perspective has to be different. You just don't see things the way others see it. And things don't hit you the way it hits other people. So today I ask you: if I rose 30,000 feet with you above our lives, what would matter most? If you could see the high view of your life, like you could see it from way above. What is the thing that matters most from that view? I bet you have to think about that. I know I do. That's alignment. That's aligning with your restoration. That's aligning with your perspective. That's aligning with your energy. That's aligning with your truth. That's aligning with your discipline. That's aligning with your purpose. That's aligning with who you're becoming. I'm Dr. Derek Sweet, and I believe in you. I believe in you. Next week, we're gonna take this even higher. We've got a whole lot of things coming your way. I'm enjoying this journey. Thank you. Thank you so much for being a part of the seven releases. Thank you so much for being a part of the seven breakthroughs. And thank you so much for being a part of the seven alignments. If you know someone who you think might benefit from any one of these series, please feel free to share them. And I look forward to seeing you next week. We've got a whole lot of great things planned. Ah, what a future we have together. What a year we have. What a wonderful life we're living. Amen. Amen. See you tomorrow.
