Daily Routines That Change Everything

Good morning. What a wonderful gift to wake up in the morning. I'm actually reminded of a quote that goes like this I opened two gifts this morning. They were my eyes. Another great quote: you will never have this day again, so make it count. Days are expensive. When you spend a day, you have one less day to spend. So make sure you spend each one, each day wisely. That's from Jim Ron. You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great. Is there something that you want to do? Well, then today is the day to start. Uh today's the day to let go of anything that's holding you back and to really make a commitment to go forward, take one positive step in the right direction. And here's another great quote: always wake up with a smile, knowing that today you're going to be one step closer to completing your mission, to accomplishing your dream. Today will be a great day. So wake up and smile. Set a goal that makes you want to jump out of bed in the morning. And if you're not jumping out of bed, not feeling energetic, well then really search and figure out a goal that can get you uh in that kind of mood. And if it's just not one of those days, well then you know it's a good morning to reflect and be grateful, to practice gratitude about uh whatever makes you feel grateful. There's got to be something or s or some person that you're grateful for today, and that person should be you. The fact that you're up and that you're in a new day with new opportunities, brand new chances. This is a day. This is a day that has been made for you. It's been created, it's a day in which you you may want to find a reason to rejoice. Good morning is not just a word, it's an action, it's a belief to live in the entirety from a place of wellness. Morning. This morning is the time when you set the tone for the rest of your day. And today you will practice acceptance. You will accept yourself as you are right now and love yourself. You will accept the world as it is right now, and you will love everyone as much as you can, and you will realize that you're like the sunrise is actually an opportunity. I think it was William Arthur Ward who said, Opportunities are like sunrises. If you wait too long, you miss them. So I'm encouraging you this morning to be your own sunshine, to to realize that the biggest sources of motivation are your own thoughts. So really think big and motivate yourself to win today. Smile in that mirror, okay? Don't leave the house, don't leave your apartment, don't leave where you're staying without looking in that mirror and giving yourself the smile. Do that every morning, uh says Yoko Ono. That's a quote from Yoko Ono. Smile in the morning in the mirror uh and and do it every morning, and you will start to see a big difference in your life. This morning will never come back, I remind you. This morning will never come back in your life again. So it's you've gotta get up and you've gotta make the most of it. Uh a morning is a wonderful blessing because what it means is that the night, the darkness, the the heaviness, the the part that's not so visible and murky and hard to understand is over. It's it's now morning and it stands for hope, giving us all another start uh of what we call life. John C. Maxwell says uh you will never change your life until you can change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routines. You will never change your life until you change something that you do daily, and that the secret to your success is found in your daily routines. And why not start now in this morning? So we have a few more seconds, and I wanted this to be about five minutes. Uh so I'll probably end with this you know, no matter how good or bad your life is, wake up each morning and be thankful that you still have one. Uh, because a year from now you will wish you had started doing that today. God bless you, be powerful. I'll talk to you soon.
