SPEAKER_01Fear. Being afraid. Fearful. Fear. False evidence appearing real. Fear is a part of our imagination. And fear is nothing more than our imagination. Fear is the number one reason many of us aren't where we should be right now. Just the thought that something might hurt us, disappoint us, that something might not work out makes us not go forward and not do or say the things we really need to do and say. By keeping us at arm's length, fear will make sure that we are never close enough to find out whether we were right or wrong about what it is we wanted to risk on. To get out of this trap, we must realize that fear is just about moments. Whatever we fear is simply a moment in life. With feelings of maybe anger or awkwardness or pain or suffering. And because we don't want those things, we hold ourselves back. We do nothing that scares us. And guess what? Those feelings we have to deal with anyway. We've certainly been angry or fearful or disappointed before. We've certainly suffered before. So why should we fear that? Today, embrace these feelings. Embrace your fears and do the very thing you fear. Everything you want, everything you want, is on the other side of your fear. Let's get it.
