You've allowed the criticisms of other people to rent space in your head. head. To be independent of what other people think. But here's the rub, here's the trick. You've got to be independent of the compliments. You've got to be independent of the positive remarks too. You have to be independent of both praise and criticism and become a bit of an assassin. Someone who just executes his or her job to the best of his or her ability and moves on. Therein lies the secret of supreme confidence.
